Todd E. Poland - President
- Todd is a seasoned leader in the North American railroad industry, known for his deep expertise in fleet management, equipment control, and rail car accounting. His career blends military discipline, strategic insight, and nearly three decades of operational and executive experience.
- Todd entered the rail industry in 1997 with Kansas City Southern (KCS) Railroad, he became Director of Equipment Control, overseeing fleet utilization, equipment strategy, and operational reliability across the network. He joined Watco in 2008, where he served as General Director of Fleet and Car Accounting.
- Driven by an entrepreneurial vision, Todd then co-founded Top Rail Solutions in 2015 and served as President from July 2015 to November 2024.
- In 2025, Todd founded Tak Rail LLC, continuing his commitment to delivering high-quality expertise and collaborative solutions to rail industry partners.
- Todd currently serves as President of ACACSO(Association of Car Accounting and Car Service Officers), where he leads efforts to advance best practices, industry standards, and professional development in the field of car accounting and car service.
